Perfect Sweet® Italian Almond Biscuits
A sure-fire hit with your friends, these delicious Italian amaretti biscuits will be a family favourite.

Ingredients:
1kg Almond meal
480g Perfect Sweet xylitol
1 vanilla bean – to remove the seeds, run a small sharp knife down the centre of the bean, open it up and scrape the seeds out of the pod
1 whole egg
4 egg whites
Method:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Beat eggs.
Combine a small amount of the Perfect Sweet xylitol with the vanilla bean seeds.
Combine all ingredients.
Mix by hand & roll into balls (30g each) and use your
index and forefinger to flatten slightly.
Bake till golden brown at 180 degrees for approximately 15-18min
