Ingredients
600mls whipping cream
180g sweetlife® Chocolate Fudge Brownies Bake Mix
1 tspn vanilla extract

Method
Whisk together cream and sweetlife® Chocolate Fudge Brownies Bake Mix in a bowl until stiff (do not overbeat).

Gently mix in vanilla extract.

Spoon or pipe into individual dishes and refrigerate.

Serves 8-10. Use half the ingredients for 4-5 serves.
