Sweetlife® Sugar Free Chocolate Ricotta Frosting

Ingredients
60 g unsalted butter
25 g ricotta cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
45 g (1/4 cup) sweetlife® bake mix Chocolate Fudge Brownie

Method
Cream ricotta cheese and butter together in a bowl.
Sieve sweetlife® bake mix Chocolate Fudge Brownie into ricotta cheese and butter mixture.
Beat for 2-3 minutes until combined.
Add vanilla extract.
