Method:
Remove the zest from the fruit and place in a bowl.
Juice the fruit and add the juice to the zest in the bowl.
In a separate bowl dissolve the Perfect Sweet™ in the boiling water.
Combine the contents of the two bowls, cover and leave to stand for 24 hours.
Dissolve the citric acid in a little boiling water and add to the other ingredients.
Strain the mixture and put the liquid into clean screw-top bottles.
Keeps in the fridge for two weeks. Use in the same way as commericial cordial.
