Chocolate Bake Mix
Chocolate
Cheese Cake
Serves 16-20
You
will need:
Biscuit Tray
Electric Mixer
Rubber Spatula
Mixing Bowl
20cm spring form pan
Wire Rack
Ingredients:
250g cream cheese
250g
light cream cheese
2
large eggs
½
cup heavy cream
¼ cup sour cream
90g sweetlife Chocolate Bake Mix
2 tablespoons Perfect Sweet (Optional)
Method:
Preheat oven to 175oc.
Palce
biscuit tray with 1½ cm edge filled with water
on the bottom of the oven.
Beat
cream cheese on a low speed until it is creamy.
Beat
in eggs one at a time.
Add
heavy cream, sour cream and vanilla essence.
Blend well scraping down the sides of bowl often.
Spoon
in sweetlife Chocolate Bake Mix – 1 tablespoon
at a time. If using Perfect Sweet add now. Beat until smooth.
Pour
mixture into a 20cm spring form pan and place
in the centre of the top shelf of oven.
Bake
at 175oc for 50 minutes.
Turn off oven and allow cakes to cool in oven for 15 minutes.
Open
oven and remove pan of water leaving cake to cool
in oven for a further 15 minutes.
Remove
from oven and allow to cool a further
5 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack to cool.
If
desired spread with chocolate frosting.
Cut into 16 serves.
