Sweetlife® Sugar Free French Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:
125g soft, unsalted butter (softened)
180g 25g sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
180g Sweetlife® chocolate bake mix
3 eggs (50g each)

Method:
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Line 16cm round cake tin with baking paper.
Cream butter, sour cream and vanilla until pale.
Add Sweetlife® chocolate bake mix and blend on slow speed to begin with, then beat for 2 minutes.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Spoon cake mixture into baking tin.
Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.
Reduce temperature to 150°C and bake for a further 20 minutes.
Leave to cool for 5-10 minutes. Turn onto wire rack.
