sweetlife's™ Chocolate Bake Mix
Chocolate Layer Cake
Serves 6

Ingredients:
2 large eggs
180g sweetlife Chocolate Bake Mix
4 large egg whites
2 teaspoons baking powder
4 tablespoons (90g) unsalted butter (melted)

Method:
Preheat oven to 160oc
Grease two 20cm spring form tins
1-Beat eggs for 3 minutes until pale.
2-Add butter, chocolate mix and baking powder and beat together.
3-Whip whites until stiff.
4-Fold whites into chocolate mixture.
5-Spread evenly into tins.
6-Bake for 25 minutes or until cake tests done in center.
7-Cool

Chocolate Butter Cream

Ingredients:
125g softened unsalted butter
250g cream cheese
180g sweetlife Chocolate Bake Mix

Method:
Beat butter, cream cheese and chocolate mix together in bowl.
Spread on top of cooled layers, stack, and frost sides.
