Sweetlife® Sugar Free French Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:
125g soft, unsalted butter (softened)
180g
25g sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
180g SweetlifeŽ chocolate bake mix
3 eggs (50g each)
Method:
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Line 16cm round cake tin with baking paper.
Cream butter, sour cream and vanilla until pale.
Add SweetlifeŽ chocolate bake mix and blend on slow speed to begin with, then beat for 2 minutes.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Spoon cake mixture into baking tin.
Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.
Reduce temperature to 150°C and bake for a further 20 minutes.
Leave to cool for 5-10 minutes. Turn onto wire rack.
