"My partner and I have replaced normal sugar with Perfect Sweet™ xylitol at home and at work. It works perfect in coffees and teas, and if you would like to indulge in a sugar free hot chocolate, here is the recipe:

All you need is a jar of baking cocoa, your favourite milk (I use A2 full cream milk), hot water and Perfect Sweet™ xylitol." - Dr. Nikola PMP


  • I heaped teaspoon of baking cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons of Perfect Sweet™ xylitol
  • Hot water
  • Milk


  1. Place 1 heaped teaspoon of baking cocoa and 2 teaspoons of xylitol into a mug.
  2. Add enough hot water to cover and dissolve both the cocoa powder and the xylitol.
  3. Stir until dissolved. Top up mug with your favourite milk and stir well.
  4. Place in microwave until hot (e.g. 1 min 30 sec).
  5. Enjoy your sugar free chocolate indulgence!

"I am a 65- year old woman and have just completed the Kokoda Track in 6.5 days.

I would not have thought it possible to be so fit as to complete such a challenge. Even though I trained very hard for 6 months, I do believe giving up sugar 2 years ago helped my body to be at its peak.

 It was then I discovered Perfect Sweet and was able to satisfy my sweet tooth without feeling guilty about my health. The products, using Perfect sweet as a sugar substitute, taste delicious and I was able to bring down my cholesterol count which had been bothering me for years. I now believe that sugar is detrimental to one’s health, so I was a bit concerned when on the Kokoda Track, my ration pack contained chocolates, lollies, biscuits and potato chips. There was no choice so I was forced to eat these items and my insulin levels rose leaving me on a permanent high. I didn't feel the consequences until I arrived home and went back to my healthy diet. I experienced the "sugar" down which has left me sluggish with a persistent headache; and, to make it worse, in the past week I have been so tired that I haven't exercised at all.

Recipe for eggless Mayonnaise :

1 medium container good Greek Yoghurt (about 340ml)

1 and a half Tablespoons PerfectSweet xylitol

3 Tablespoons white vinegar

1 Tablespoon mild mustard

Half a Tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 Teaspoon salt

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour into glass jar and seal. Can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.

Note : Can add crushed garlic, crushed herbs or finely chopped chillies to the mixture to flavour your mayonnaise to your own taste.
