Chocolate Avocado Dip

This has got to be one of the easiest recipes to make, and it is such a treat!  Dip cut fruit and enjoy or fill a freshly baked croissant...such a versatile recipe!

INGREDIENTS

Syrup

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 70g Perfect SweetTM xylitol

SYRUP Method

  1. Bring water and xylitol to the boil
  2. Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes
  3. Cool to room temperature

Dip

  • 1/2 cup cacao or good quality cocoa powder
  • 1 large Avocado
  • Prepared syrup, cooled
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional to make it sweeter)

METHOD

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend till smooth.

Go ahead and dip your fruit.....enjoy!
