What could be easier than this delicious, healthy and versatile dressing.

Use it as a dip or a spread, add to sandwiches and snacks.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/4 cups cashews
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Perfect Sweet® xylitol
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1 tsp sea salt

METHOD
Just throw everything into your high-speed blender and blend until smooth!  Too easy!
