This is a soothing and delicious immune boosting drink that you can enjoy at anytime of the day!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups of milk, almond milk, soy milk or coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp of fresh turmeric root, finely grated (1 tsp powdered turmeric)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Perfect Sweet® xyitol
  • Pinch of black pepper (increases absorption)
  • Small piece of fresh, peeled ginger root (¼ tsp powdered ginger)

METHOD

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender at high speed until smooth.
  2. Pour into a small sauce pan and heat for 3-5 minutes over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
  3. Drink immediately
