Vanilla Creme Filling


  • 125g unsalted butter, softened
  • 20g Perfect Sweet® xylitol
  • 10g arrowroot, sifted
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract


  1. Use an electric beater to beat the butter until pale and creamy.
  2. Add the xylitol and arrowroot and beat until fluffy. Add the vanilla extract and beat on medium speed until combined.
  3. Once cooled, sandwich biscuits together with vanilla filling.
