Vanilla Creme Filling
- 125g unsalted butter, softened
- 20g Perfect Sweet® xylitol
- 10g arrowroot, sifted
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- Use an electric beater to beat the butter until pale and creamy.
- Add the xylitol and arrowroot and beat until fluffy. Add the vanilla extract and beat on medium speed until combined.
- Once cooled, sandwich biscuits together with vanilla filling.
